A Trip to the Botanical Garden
Today we will be learning about Botanical Gardens. A Botanical Garden or a Botanic Garden is a garden dedicated to the collection, cultivation, and display of a wide range of plants labeled by their botanical names. Throughout the United States there a few gardens. Today we will visit a few. We will first visit the U.S. Botanic Garden. Next, we will visit Phipps Conservatory and Botanic Garden. It is located in Pittsburgh, PA. They have many different exhibits for the times of month. Phipps has an awesome research institute. Their key focuses are below.

Back to the exhibits that I've mentioned, since it is around the holidays I have found a virtual sneak peek of a few. Lastly, we will visit Atlanta Botanical Garden. I like this garden because they have more than just plants. They have many works of art. The website provides many images of sculptures. They also have a "Flower Zoom". We will be able to pick certain flowers and see them in detail. They also offer us to be able to see what flower is in bloom. Press the following to engage!
